Streaming

256K - This speed is best for slower connections, such as dial-up connections.

512K - This speed is best for broadband (DSL and cable modem), T1, and other high-speed connections.

iPhone

The iPhone format works best on 3G, WiFi, or equivalent high-speed networks.
